How To Enable Wallet Mapping

How To Enable Wallet Mapping B

In early May, we introduced Wallet Mapping, which allows you to map different wallet addresses to your Name Tokens on D3. As we continue to drive integrations of D3 Connect, you will be able to use your Name Token as a simple, multichain wallet address and cross-platform username across Web3.

To help you navigate through the process of mapping your wallet(s) to your Name Token, we’ve put together the guide below:

Step 1 – Go to d3.app and navigate to ‘My Assets’

Step 2 – Navigate to your name and click on the kebab menu to the right

Step 3 – If you want to have your name replace your wallet address in supported dApps, then click on ‘Set as Primary’ and approve the prompt

Step 4 – Click on ‘Manage Name’ under the kebab menu and navigate to your name’s page

Step 5 – Click on ‘Settings’ and navigate down to ‘Crypto Wallet Addresses’, Ethereum and Shibarium (for Shib Names) will already be mapped by default on Primary Names

Step 6 – Click on ‘Edit Addresses’ to add, edit or delete addresses, remember to click save when done.

Note: By adding ‘.vana’ at the end of your address, you can use your name for $ETH transactions anywhere ENS’ DNS integrations are supported.

Just like that you’ve set up wallet mapping on your Name Tokens. Need more assistance? You can send support queries to [email protected] or send us a message on X, Discord or LinkedIn.
